Pilates Ilkley have a selection of Pilates and Fitness Classes to meet all of your individual needs, all run by Brenda – an experienced Physiotherapist.

So whether you have lower back pain or are just looking to improve your core stability, posture and fitness levels, we are here to help you.

  • Large Group Pilates
    (10 or more people)

    Designed to accommodate all abilities from beginner to advanced levels, this class is excellent for 10 or more people. With a wide range of stretches and exercises uniquely tailored to your individual needs and requirements, this class has become a popular choice amongst many family and friends.

  • 1:1 Personalised Pilates
    (beginners, intermediate or advanced)

    Whether you are new to Pilates or you’re looking for a more intense workout, this personalised Pilates class will ensure your individual needs are addressed. With specialist equipment and one-to-one motivation and tuition, you’ll soon begin to notice an improved bodily experience.

    If you are new to Pilates you may wish to book in an initial 1:1 class in order that you can be properly assessed and placed in the right class. The benefit of this Clinical Pilates approach will ensure that Bren has a full understanding of your needs and can adjust your exercises to suit you, even when part of a group Pilates class.

  • Small Group Pilates
    (3 – 6 people)

    With expert tuition and encouragement on-hand whenever you need it, you’ll find everything you need within this class to meet your own personal requirements, leaving you feeling invigorated and full of achievement.

  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

    If you’re looking to achieve increased strength and stamina within a controlled environment then this course is perfect for you. Within this class you can expect to find challenging yet motivational workouts.

  • Men Only Pilates Evening Class

    Whether you’re looking to improve your strength in a particular sport, recover from a previous injury or to become stronger and healthier, this course offers everything you need to reach that desired feeling of achievement.

Our current timetable is listed above, but if you’re keen to take part in any of our classes outside of these times, just get in touch and we will do our very best to accommodate you whenever we can, by adding additional classes, or adjusting the timetable according to demand.
